It's getting to be a PITA keeping a firm pedal with my front disc swap on my 67 Coronet. It came from the factory with a towing package brake setup - 11x3/11x2.5 drums. The rear axle is manual adjust only, unlike the smaller rear brake options.

I use the car recreationally a lot and having to goof with the adjusters every 4-6 weeks to get my pedal feel back up is annoying in the wet months. Are there kits I can retrofit to the 11 inch rear backing plates? I have only found kits claiming to fit cars with 10 inch or smaller rear drums.

I wondered if it were really that simple... I've only ever owned one Mopar so I assume everything is a little more complicated to source off the bat until I learn otherwise smile Thanks for confirming, I got a couple of those kits on the way to me now.

My '69 Coronet R/T had the same issue. I got the parts for the 1970 B-Body which had self-adjusters on the 11" rear drum brakes.
You will need the star wheels, adjuster lever, adjuster lever spring, cables and cable guides.

I think these kits have what you need?
