Hello All, this was in the trunk of the 70' b body. Car is a factory four speed but I'm not sure this is the right shifter. 6356 is on the body and levers have 6353 and 6354 on them. Anyone know what this is for?
Oh yeah, it's a hybrid.....it burns gas and tires!

Ok, thanks John. Far as I know the car was originally a bench car, I got a rolling shell and a bunch of boxes of parts so I'm just trying to figure this out. This was in the trunk. My plan is to rebuild it with buckets, can't find/afford a console anyway. Can I use the shifter if I change out the handle, I've always wanted a pistol grip?

That shifter was not used in 1970 , 1970 was one year only on the handles and the shifter box. You can put a pistol grip shifter handle in that box but you'll be punching the dash in 1st , 3rd and reverse.
Sell it .
