Any way to tell which kind of car the transmission that is in my 70 cuda came out of? I know it was non matching numbers when I bought the car.

It's #OA139303 my car is OB259790

"A" is the plant code for Lynch Road which built B-body Dodges and Plymouths in '70

Odds are it was a Coronet, is or was it always 18 or 23-spline?

the closest I have record of is 0A139296 & it is a Super Bee

The factory one was a 23 spline the OA139303 I have now is a 18 spline.
