My '94 1500 4x4 has both front hubs worn out. It's an SLT with 4 wheel ABS and I'm having a hard time finding ABS hubs for it. There are non ABS hubs readily available. My question is, will the non ABS hubs bolt in place of the ABD hubs. I realize I won't have ABS in the front anymore but will I get a pulsating brake pedal, if they'll swap?

Yes they should bolt up. No more and at all though and the right will stay on. But bearing don't cause a pulsing pedal, warped or rusted rotors do.

The wheel bearings are the same with or without ABS. The axle has the tone ring/counter wheel.
