My '94 1500 4x4 has both front hubs worn out. It's an SLT with 4 wheel ABS and I'm having a hard time finding ABS hubs for it. There are non ABS hubs readily available. My question is, will the non ABS hubs bolt in place of the ABD hubs. I realize I won't have ABS in the front anymore but will I get a pulsating brake pedal, if they'll swap?

Yes they should bolt up. No more and at all though and the right will stay on.
But bearing don't cause a pulsing pedal, warped or rusted rotors do.

If the bearings get bad enough the wheel "tips" and causes the brake to drag, which in turn warps the rotor and eventually takes out the wheel speed sensor.

At least it does on a 2005....

Ask me how I know...

The wheel bearings are the same with or without ABS. The axle has the tone ring/counter wheel.
