Hello everyone, thanks for inviting me to your board. I am in the process of a resto-mod on a 74 Roadrunner and I am not sure about these wheels. Here is a pic:

All of the pictures I see on the Internet of a 74 either have custom or the rally wheels with the holes, not slots. I did find a project on this site with the same type of wheels on the project car. The center caps are bulls eye, but not like all of the after market stuff I see out there. They say "Chrysler Corporation" around the center. If they are correct, or close to correct, I need to just refinish them. Any help would be appreciated.

I believe the 73/74 RR's came with 14" ralley rims with acorn style center caps.

Those are from a later model C body IIRC but not from a 74 Road Runner.

Still they look nice refinished if you are going resto-Mod

WOW!!! This board is quick I love it. I will use these things, I just wanted to know what they were off of. The sandblaster is ready for them, and yes, along with a little 318 stroker, it will be a better investment than any new car out there. And funner

Stock 14" rallyes look pretty dinky a big boat car like these anyway, seeing as how 14" tire choices are not what they used to be.

These rims were available on 74 rr usually referred as chrysler road wheels.

Well all of your help is pointing me in the right direction. I found this quote from Some Imperial Website

"The pseudo-alloy wheel referred to is probably the "road wheel" option that was offered from about 1971 and with revisions through the end of the full-size era in 1978. To me, they look fabulous on a '76-78 New Yorker Brougham but wrong on a '74-75 Imperial. Of course these are the same car, but in my heart I know Mother Mopar never offered them on the Imperial so they don't look right to me. They are simply argent-painted dished steel wheels with decorative trim rings and center caps that leave the chrome-capped bolts exposed. You could get these only on C-bodies (Polara/big Monaco/Royal Monaco/Gran Fury/etc.) and luxury B-bodies (Cordoba/Magnum/Charger), I believe."

Well maybe these were ordered with the car. I found the build sheet behind the back seat and the thing fractured to pieces, I guess I need to put it back together. Thanks again for everyone here, I like the center caps the best.

I just wanted to give everyone an update from the center cap numbers. The read as follows:

4115824
2
64116

I could not find the numbers on the wheels this morning but they have 2 sets of rubber on them with sizes:

235/75 R15
235/70 R15

If anyone can provide some help it would be appreciated, I can't find the part numbers anywhere.
