I purchased a lot of e body parts. I was stumped when I found a thin piece of fiberglass that seemed to be factory made The numbers were checked on the Internet and came up empty . The part does not have a mopar logo, also have the following SPEC-40-2733-GB-1 and then 357057 on it's underbelly. Another piece was found that connects to the one stated above and it becama evident it was a louver section. The part which would mount on the passenger rear side has also an embossed number 3570575-A GB-1 40-2731. The seller was contacted and advised that the partial louver was taken off a 1973-74 Satellite Sport (and that he had forgotten about it but it was part of the deal)
And now for the questions

1) Are these factory pieces
2) Does it fit Chargers 71-74
3) will it fit on 73-74 Plymouth Satellite etc

Sorry no pix as of yet!

Thanks

Yes a pic would help but a description might help as well.

The one number does look like a pn, and the other dont look like a vendor number.

I do know factually some early parts on a model at times came straight from the vendor with no mopar logo or pn and as replacements they only had a chrysler sticker with a PN printed on it.

If the part was going to be used or got popular ive seen them develope into having the chrysler logo and vender number.

Also if its a nors or replacement part ive alos seen the vendor number removed or scratched from the mold.

Thanks to all !

The part is supposedly part of a rear window louver for a b body folowing a private e mail alerting me of this possibility. I verified pictures of said louvers and it would be the upper part of the louver extending the rear roof'ine. I can't be sure because if this would be an an priginal part because of the lack of the pentastar. The part number is the same as listed above but after thouroughly cleaning the piece the 8PEC is actually a SPEC and the following sequence is the same.
The original base color is white/grey with a reddish primer then a black repaint and final coat pale yellow. All of it peeling away to the grey base.
It would be a surprise to discover this part in a lot of boxes of e body parts! I'm trying to reach the seller to confirm the origin of the part. Any additional information is welcomed!
