Any fabricated valve cover to buy... or stay away from. going on a W2 iron head thx in advance.
Restoring a car to look "only" as good as the factory made it is like getting a boob job for your wife and having the doctor make them two different sizes to seem more natural

I have owned a set of the Propan (Doug Lee) fabricated aluminum covers and they are very nice.

I bought a set of these for mine: http://www.ebay.com/itm/SBM-FABRICATED-A...=item1e71e69899Good fit, enough room to clear the 1.6 ratio Harland Sharp full roller rockers on a 680 lift roller cam setup. I had a $400 set of Mopar fabricated valve covers and sent them back after I received these. I took the difference and upgraded the rear axles. Good luck with your project!

He has his moments for sure. We got a set of covers and a dry sump pan in 5 weeks to the day. WAY faster than my engine builder works for sure

Does he make one just for w9s? As they are not quite the same as a stock cover. It's the W-8s that are different. However his valve covers were only ones I found that would clear 1.625 springs out of the box. The valve covers I have should work on W-2s. Bill
