Looking for suggestions where to buy a 440 engine rebuild kit, pistons, bearings, 509 type cam or simalar, timing gear and gaskets , quality parts for street car, eventually will have Indy heads has but has 906 cast for now with a Holley performer manifold.

Summit and Mancini have the parts, however I would caution against buying a kit. Typically you end up with a selection of less than ideal parts with a kit versus piecing it together where you can select the best parts for your build. I'm talking piston, bearing, cam, timing set selections.

Go with a stroker kit if you have plans to add better heads and add more power later on. Don't do it twice and it will be cheaper in the long run.

Daytona Turbo, good advice had not thought of that , will search it out part by part just like the olden days ......

No stroker kit just a stockish 440 bottom end and a nice modern easy breathing top end,,,
