Is the weight with or without you?

Based on your duration, and the fact the car is not light, I would get something that stalls at 3000-3500 in a prostreet 10". A 10" Turbo Action would be my recommendation....Looser with a heavy car is no fun and creates some substantial heat.

You have very low duration and could go even milder if its street only...I would go 3000 max on street only. With some racing, you want at least 3k...

Cheers for the info - seems I do need a new converter along with a decent flex plate.

Your cam does not require a lot of convertor, but at the strip you will want some. A good 10" is what you want, and not the race version. Put an external cooler in as well. and a deep pan and it will live a long life.
