talked to Keith at 727 specialty and Griner isn't doing any trans brakes for 727. I'm looking to do a reverse VB with a brake with neutral clean out. What would be the next best thing?

I didn't know this, but ProTrans/ A&A is the same brake. They are in cahoots on them, share the same parts.

Well my trans guy prefers the Griner but since I can't find one with low band apply he said to call TCI. The low band apply with neutral clean is $860ish. I called Tranzact his is $200 less and said he makes the brakes for TCI, I called Dave at Pro trans and can build me one for $600 with neutral clean. Kina leaning to the pro trans brake.

if your trans guy is recommending TCI..... I'd find a new trans guy smile (just kidding..... well, kind of :)) Dave also makes the lever so you can use the factory N safety switch if that's what you are doing.... that way it will only crank in P and the last N. I used that with my Turbo Action shifter, but am now using the switches on the PPP shifter which is set up the same way. Dave's brake will also require the accumulator to be in place... the Griner brake doesn't require that. Just fyi....
