This and any nostalgic door slammer racing is what I grew up with and love. I also saw these cars when they cam out in 68 (I was 12) and I was already into Mopars and drag racing. I dont care for the Super class of delay boxes and throttle stops but I dont mind watching bracket racing of cars I can identify what they are. I also enjoy the FAST and Pure Stock cars. I hate to see NHRA giving the sportsman guys and girls the bum rap as thats what I like so its good to see so much competition going on in the SS/AH class and I look forward to watching them race this year. Regarding this thread...@ 5-6 years ago I sold a
CLEAN 68 formula 'S' bare body to 2 brothers(white) in NE Arkansas who intended to make a "A" car out of it. Met one last fall at the Memphis national and he said they were coming along nicely on the project. They have been running a white bracket super bee for quite awhile.

Anyone know who they are??

Dad is just doing stuff for our team and helping out some of the other hemi guys on the west coast with special projects and consulting. He does all his heads by hand which, as you know, is very time consuming. He agreed to build a motor for Mazz if Bob would get his heads from Jeff. Thanks for the compliment about Dad. I think he's pretty special too.
