I need to add front spring spacer to my 01 2500 because my tires rub on a hard turn, are all the available spacers basically the same?

It appears there is a GM application spring that fits the Ram that will raise the front about an inch and a half, better than plastic spacers I think.

I moved the spring hangers up on the frame on my CrewCab & a bunch of others I need tire clearance in the front so lowering the back wouldn't really help me there , but thanks
