The good thing is you do not have to deal with it.I am NOT crazy because I am not taking the same path to any fix I have tried.

Thanks FastmOp!The fact that some are here to read my problems openly helps. You just don't need the frustration.I have new people to try to fix things,we will see.The cost of redoing things sucks[AGAIN!]

Keep at it man! I have been fighting my turbo car for 2 years. I know it's a long struggle, if it was easy everyone would do it smile

I see several things that do not look good, out of round bore, blower manifold gasket not sealed up well and possibly detonation on the rod bearing. I don't like the cylinder wall finish either, was that done with a ball, dingleberry hone? If so time for a torque plate hone to get the cylinders round again up If not done with a dingleberry, ball hone maybe it is time for a different machine shop choice work
How much duration overlap, lobe seperation angle and what intake lobe center was that cam installed at?

Any reversion, oil in intake, bad tune/detonation,ring flutter, crank case psi was caused by an oil leak in the intake port from porting.I am sure power went past the rings in the cylinder with the shadow.
