Just checking on it or are we not good enough.
I know there are other options for rearends but that is what I have and at the cost of these options it is out of the budget.

Rick Ehrenberg did a good article on these rear ends a year or so ago in the magazine. According to him there is nothing wrong with the Mopar c-clips as they are beefy enough not to cause issues. So unless its a race application where the rules don't allow c-clips, just go with them.

If necessary you should check with Moser's.

I'm surprised no one makes a c clip eliminator for a 9.25, I'm looking for other ways to retain the axles without ditching the 9.25 as I'm creeping up on running 10s

Look for Crizila in the Race section. I think he may have gotten Moser to build him some.

I have that article, it even says Moser was going to make a spool for the 9.25, they never did.

doesn't the 8 3/4 use the same spline as the 9.25? I thought you could put bearings and retainers on the ends of the axles.

You have to weld the 8 3/4 ends onto the 9.25 housing ends and get new axles, and I think you can still use the same brakes. I sent Dr. Diff an email Friday to confirm this.
