Never seen your head unit in particular, but a lot of CD players have the manual eject that Rhinodart describes. Look for a tiny unmarked hole in the front and straighten a good stiff paperclip and insert it. On the ones I've done It isn't like pushing a button and the cd pops out, it is more like working a tiny lever inside until the tray is far enough out to grab hold of.

Get the cd out as described, pull the head unit out, take the case apart.
Expose the "eye" reader for cds, it will be obvious and should have an access port. Dip a Q-tip in alcohol and clean the eye with it. Wipe it dry. Put it back together.
Done it many times to aftermarket and factory cd players and it works everytime.
If this doesn't work, throw it away and get a new one or a replacement from the autowrecker: they are not worth sending out for mechanical repairs.

Had to replace the radio/CD player in my 2003 ram the other day for about the same reason. It would not pull the cd in far enough to play it some time and would not eject it all the way. I would have to peck on the dash to get it all the way in or out. Bought a re-man unit off eBay to replace it with. Matt

It sounds alot harder than it really is, Guys.
Just take it apart, and go to it. They are still mechanical components and just a dab of grease on the eject gears, and some alcohol wipe on the eye and they work like new.
Done many of them, never more than an hour or two to get them working again.

Common problem, especially if its a multi disk unit. It will have to be pulled and sent in for exchange. BUT...when you get your discs back, if you get them back, they will most likely be trashed by the repair center. You will want to speak with the service manager about getting reimbursed for the damaged/missing discs before you pull the trigger. The main hickup in this is ma mopar. You might be ahead of the game if you put a call in to the customer relations number to squawk farther up the food chain to help getting reimbursed. When I worked at the dealer, the manager at the time made things happen for the customer. He knew who to lean on at Dodge corporate. Now its like TSMF at the dealers because mopar tries to be egyptian [ living in denial] about problems with the cars and put it off on the dealers to give you the good news because its easy for them, mopar, to deny coverage when they are not the ones looking you in the eye.
