I wouldn't do one in front without a locking hub kit $$$$. Good old Detroit locker for the rear but they're not cheap. I don't think they make the lunchbox lockers for an 80 mainly for strength and durability reasons.

Hard to find a Dana 80 with a posi, seems more common in a dually but they usually had 4.10 that uses a different carrier than a 3.54. V8 3/4 trucks usualy got a 60 with an auto and a 70 with a 5 speed v10 and diesel got 70 with an auto and 80 with a manual every 1 ton I seen had the 80.
