While I was working on my Duster this morning, noticed that 2 out of 3 terminals that plug into my bulkhead on firewall have the little plastic clips broken or missing. Since these clips hold the terminal to the bulk head for a good connection.I want to replace or fix the problem before I do have a problem.
Does anyone make the replacement terminals for these in the right size to fit the bulk head?Or is there another way to fix these?

You may want to try this company. They make modern day connectors, I am not sure about older ones.

Look for Packard 56 terminals, that may be the type you need. TIm

If you mean the Bulkhead Harness Connectors, MegaParts has them.

Thanks for the information. On the Megaparts.com web site I see they list a headlight terminal for my year car.Not sure if this what I need.It looks like mine. The 2 terminals have bad on my car have the wires from the harness on them. Each one plugs into the bulkhead. The snap clip on the terminals are broken or missing. Is what they call the headlight terminal the one I need or is there ones made for plugging into the bulkhead?

Post some pics of what is broken. Plastic pieces are connectors, terminals are the metal spades inside them.

Hopefully attached are 2 pictures.Notice at the top of the left and center plugs. The black tabs that are suppose to hold the terminal to the block are missing. I need to replace the terminals. Is this possible and are what they call front headlight terminals on megaparts.com what I need?

These are Connectors. Not Terminals. Top will be the Wiper Motor, middle Engine, Bottom Head Lights. Pull each one and check the corrosion of the Terminals, which are the metal blades.

The two on the left are the ones with the broken tabs.So what do I do to keep the connectors tight to the bulkhead without them vibrating loose. Can I get replacement connectors?

Bill Evans has them $10 a piece. There were also foam seals from the factory. Bill should have those also.

What you see on the MegaParts link labeled as Terminals are the Connectors you are looking for. You need to determine which ones to get. Take a real good look at the wiring in your broken connectors. If the wiring is stiff and brittle you may want to replace the entire harness. Year One sells harnesses.

And so does Bill Evans
