Does anyone have a clear picture of the decal on the back of my car? I believe it is from Crisp County Motors, Colquitt, GA. The dealership has been defunked for many years. I'm hoping someone has an original decal on their car or a good picture of one so that I can have one made.
Thanks in advance, Kevin

Thanks but I didn't see anything on dealership decals so I sent them an e-mail.

Kevin I'm pretty sure that was NOT a dealership decal. I'm thinking it was some kind of parts sticker -maybe a muffler/exhaust kind of thing. Don't worry about it.

That's why I would like to see one from the store, maybe plan a day chasing small junkyards in the area to see if I can find one. I know a high percentage of dealers use the metal ones back then but I have a 68 with the Fred Drake sticker still on the bumper and have seen others. I'm thinking of going to find Tommy Barlow before it's too late, Dennis knows his sister well and says he is back living in his Momma's house which is where he lived when he bougth and owned the car.

I bought the car from Bryan (tx9cuda, 3rd owner) and he bought it from the guy that owned it in those pictures (2nd owner) and he is remembering it to be something other than the dealer sticker and since it was on it when he got it I'd take his word for it. Still wish I had a better picture of it and a picture of the actual dealer sticker or badge.

It does appear to be a fiberglass whip, no knowledge of a CB ever in it and no tell tale holes drilled but it would not be uncommon in the least for this/that area. Maybe it was Cordele or Quitman, seems like Colquitt is more west, but they are all right around here. I'll have to dig out my records. I live probably 40-50 miles from them.
