I don't have a rear bumper on the 37, should I remove the front one too?

I have experienced a street rod without a front bumper, and it wasn't pleasant. It got a front bumper on the rebuild, but a nice pair of fenders, a decent grill surround and a grill paid the price for that minor parking place bump.
I vote to leave the bumper there. Gene

It does look cool for a show car, but if you're actually going to drive the thing.........
Find a rear bumper to match.

Personally I think they look better without the front bumper and have pretty much decided I won't be running mine. The bottom of the fenders and grill hang below it anyway and I personally doubt the bumper would stop much anyway.

The rear is a different story it is butt ugly back there and I'm kicking around either a rear bumper or roll pan.

You would probably be surprised how good those front bumpers work in minor bumps. They take a lot more impact at low speeds then the grill & grill surround, or the front fenders. Gene
