I'm restoring my heater box. I have a new heater core for my RR. There's a bracket on the old one that attaches to one of the two tubes and is held in to the box with a screw/bolt. Anyway, the bracket came off. Is the bracket soldered to the tube or welded? I have a solder torch, resin, and solder but no welder if it needs to be welded. Or should I take it to a radiator shop?
Thanks in advance!
