Can all the roof and window trim from a vinyl roof car be used for the same car but without the vinyl or would it be too loose?
Thanks Robert

Agreed. That's exactly how my 70 Challenger was built.. Red car with a white painted top. Car had all the trim.

I've done it on a 69 satellite. I put new clips around the rear window frame but didn't remove the front trim to paint the car. Everything including the drip molding fit well. I have known guys to stick a little vinyl top adhesive under the drip mold to hold it on better. I may have tweaked the molding ever so gently to fit tighter.
I’m listening.

Yup, the 1970 blues cuda's had a 2 tone paint job. the stainless trim was used to separate the colors from the body to the roof
