It's not a really difficult job but it does take some time to get it right. Get rid of those raised edges where the creacks are. Fill in the cracks with bondo and sand down flush. Make sure the old dash is fairly flat. Dry fit before you glue. Glue only around the edges. Use the right glue (from manf.). If you have a map light above the instruments, remove it and use it as a guide for the cut out. Make sure you have wooden wedges to wedge beteewn the dash cap and windshield and heavy things to sit on top of the cover to hold it down. Use bunji cord or tape to hold the lower edges in place. If it's done well, you almost can't tell it's a cover and not the real thing.
