It won't be long and I'll be assembling my front brake drums. My question is what aftermarket part # is used for the 11x3" shoes.

I'm not having any matches on rockauto.com.

What is a quality recommended brake shoe? I was contemplating on ordering through musclecarbrakes.com.

Has anyone used them?

I thought the $158 for front only was kinda high..

We just bought a set at the local auto store, didn't have to pay thebig price for them.

Any auto part store should be able to get them

I bought New Drums and Correct H.D. Shoes for my 11x3's in my Wanna Bee From N.A.P.A. about 2 years ago.

I got mine from Napa. They were having trouble finding them for a 440 6BBL car so just tell them Hemi or a 69 GTX with 11" X 3".

Just special ordered a set through Auto Zone.

I figured they wouldn't be hard to get, but was a bit discouraged when 11x3's didn't show up on rockauto.com when I went to 69/rr/7.2 liter.

They only showed 11x2.5. I found them for 68 though. I'll order them locally along with the rest of the components as a kit.

The premium brake shoes are around 45.00 a pair, so looking at musclecarbrakes.com, I guess the price is comparable as they have everything to do both sides with all new components.

another set with "RIVETED" on linings from Federated Auto Parts (or Advance Auto?) that was ordered with the same part number as above. The shoe (metal cores) have:
FMS
336 stamped on them, a Chrysler pentastar and BENDIX MG FF on the side of the lining
