Its got that mid to late 30s GM look to it (37-39). The trunk (hump) is pretty big for a Mopar, and the ends of the rear fenders don't look Mopar either. Most Mopar 4 doors of that time would have had suicide rear doors.

Next time, get a little closer, and have the sun to your back.... grin Gene

also that is not a 37-38 chevy.
here is a picture of a 37 compaired to the one above.
notice the body line on the door and the trunk is shorter too/

I cant figure out what the car is yet.

It might be but look at the distance from the rear window down to the body line at the trunk.
the picture you posted is much taller to the window.
might be a different model. shruggy

here is another comparison, the car above and a 35 dodge 2 dr sedan
the rear window area still looks different to me.
very close though

hard to tell but MAYBE the primered car is chopped 1 1/2"-2" and they left the rear window alone but just cut below it and moved it down...

The rear window on the primered car is wider, taller, lower in the roof, and has sharper bottom corners the the two Mopar bodies pictured above. Side windows also look taller then the Dodge windows. Gene

It has an all-steel roof and the front wheel is five bolt on an independent suspension. Either significant body work has been done or else those two things narrow it down a bit.
