Just rebuilt the front end in my 77 D-100. Had the front end aligned and it still wanders some. I replaced all balljoints, upper and lower control arm bushings, inner and outer tierods and idler arm. I figured once aligned it would roll straight. Should I use a different front end shop?

What RapidRobert asked; did it wander before the work was done?

What kind of tires? Bias plies tend to wander more than radials, especially on raids with rain grooves or ruts.

They say there are no such thing as a stupid question.
They say there is always the exception that proves the rule.
Don't be the exception.

How much positive caster were they able to get? I bet not much if any positive I'm thinking?

If so more positive caster really helps, are off set upper control arm bushings available for your truck? Did you use and install them correctly?

Assuming it didn't wander before, and everything else are the same parts (steering gear/coupler, etc.) then I agree that alignment is likely the issue. I had this same problem on my '80 Aspen. A second trip to alignment shop helped, but I am looking for another shop that has someone who knows how to align an old Mopar.

Bad or loose wheel bearings can cause wander too. Maybe check the nut to confirm proper tightening. Easy and free.
