So I began looking for new stickers, air cleaner spare tire, jack, wire bundles, blah, blah. I go to ECS and see they carry most of what I need, and are usually affiliated with a quality product, but then I see PCG and Dales listed as "Authentic Restoration Products" for stickers.

So what shakes my confidence is that the spare tire sticker offered by Dales doesn't appear to be cut correctly in the photo they advertise (not even a focused picture). Yes I could cut round corners onto the decal but if this isn't correct what else may be off, not only on this but other decals as well? All I have is the internet photo's to go from and it seems they would want to place their best foot forward to sell an item they believe to be correct.

So who's used the different suppliers and who makes the best reproduction decals?

a lot of places claim to be exact but only ECS makes them EXACT ! They manufacture all of it ! No worries about middle men doing anything. Everything is done there ! Just like everything else they make.

One would think Authentic Restoration Parts would be screened by MOPAR and hence closer to original, or better quality, then again, maybe not.

Not necessarily. Look at all the reproduction sheet metal that is "Authentic Restoration Parts' licensed by Chrysler that still need to be tweaked to fit right. One thing I have learned is that just because it is labeled by Chrysler as being an Authentic part, just means that they have their hand in it collecting money from the licensing fees. I don't think that they have a standard if the part meets or exceeds the original in place.

To be fair, GM and Ford are the same way.
