just replaced the head on neon. standard procedure. went to start, no spark to coil. No codes either! checked all grounds! never messed with anything. Why no spark? checked all fuses.even replaced cam sensor! and the car ran prior to head removal.

Does the fuel pump do it's intial run when you turn the key to run (not start)?
If not look at the ASD relay, it supplies power to the ignition and fuel pump.
