I found a new engine wiring harness for a 1977 dodge van with a 440. Is this the same engine harness for a 1977 dodge half ton with a 440? Part numbers are different but is there a difference and if so what is it?

totally different

The physical layout of a truck is like 180 degrees different than a truck.

Most of it will go across the firewall, which is over the front section of the engine, then branch off to where it needs to go. Nothing like a truck at all.

Sorry
