Figured id try this question here too as someone might have dealt with this on the race board...Anybody install 2 1/8 tti hemi headers on an ebody and have the driver's side header hit the transmission pan lip? Also interferes bigtime with the shifting linkage. The install instructions mention the linkage interference, but this looks worse than they say it will be in the wording. Clears everywhere else though.
Ps. Dont mind the dingy old pan, just on for installing purposes lol.

It sucks you have to tweak such a high dollar item.

That seems too tight, I'd give TTI a call.

I have 2.25" primary and 4" collector TTI headers on my hemi and don't have any clearance issues w/ the trans pan. I'd be calling TTI.

Has the block or heads been excessively milled / angle milled? If not send same pictures to TTI...!!

PSO headed 632 from MM. Cracked cylinder, loose valve seats, low oil pressure, low cylinder pressure.
..... Now its a door stop....

Heads and block not extensively milled. After looking again, I have about .150 clearance between trans pan and collector. Sound right? The pan also has a decent lip on it too. Now the main concern is the linkage. Called Sam at tti, sent pics also. He wasn't sure the issue either if why the linkage was way into the collector. Can any of you guys post a pic of your floor shift linkage? Particularly the lower linkage support? Ours looks like its gonna need shortened alot more than directions say.
