On cumminsforum, the consensus is that rebuilts are junk. Avoid them like the plague.
Sucks because new ones will run $2500
Plus side is that larger nozzle injectors are the same cost, so it's a great time to upgrade so that when your turbo needs replaced, you can upgrade it too
