Been out of the loop for awhile so not familiar with what exhaust tips out there are correct and of good quality. Redoing the exhaust on my 70 RR and would like to add tips this time. Looking for some to work with a 2 1/2" system. Looked at the stainless ones at Mancini and also think the same ones are on ebay for about $50 less. Any guidance is greatly appreciated.

I looked at those tips too, but the outlets (from a picture only) don't look exactly the same & I stayed with 2-1/4" stock ones. To be honest, I've never compared them side-by-side, but I think you're right that there's only one company making those tips, so I think they're the same.

Somebody else with more/better info?

To adapt to 2.5", I've just cut the smaller part off up to where the bulge opens up to that size using a bandsaw or big cutoff wheel, and welded them on to the tailpipe.
