The addition of the crank trigger wheel will push your crank pulley/drive mandrel out the thickness of the wheel. If you have an electric water pump and are just running an alternator and/or vacuum pump, it shouldn't be a big deal to change the spacing. Unless you're running a factory alternator and bracket...that could be a pain.

The pickup will have to be mounted on the driver's side in that case. There's a member here who sent me a pic of his done that way a while back...can't remember his screen name right now.
