I'm using TTI's 1-7/8'' LA headers on my w2 heads. I want to buy TTI 1-7/8'' w2 headers but I don't have the wide spread bolt pattern. I would have to buy the 1-5/8''to 1-3/4'' step header.

will I lose power with the smaller tube? TTI recommends the step headers to 550 hp and I have over 650 hp.

Why not weld on the flange you want.

toddd, I have thought about welding flanges but want to explore every other option before I cut them.

Mr P, the max RPM is 7200

I believe with 7200 rpm and your ci.. you would hurt the
performance... stay with the size you have now.. replace
the flange

thanks Mr P, I will weld new flanges. I don't want to lose any power.
