yeah they ship very slow, year one with the 30% is usually a good buy plus their return policy is great.. generally speaking tho they are a bit more reasonable, but customer service is not as good as year one.
you come here with nothing and leave here with nothing!! enjoy life while on this planet, cuz when youre dead youre dead!!!

Heard lots of complaints with there customer service regarding returns. I have purchased several items in the past without any quality issues. There was one case where a gasket was damaged in the box and they sent another no questions asked. In another case a mirror ordered 3 years earlier was missing a part. I called them up with the invoice number and they replaced the missing part no charge.
