9.15 et 148mph soft past hope to get it out soon and get my 8 sec time slip. The pic was taken at Irwindale but it came down hard on the oil pan that pass

Yes Al Irwindale property was sold to a developer. Current lease is good thru the end of the year, it could maybe go into next year.
Rumor is they would like to do a full width 1/8th mile in the area, and city of Irwindale may help. Talk is cheap we will see.

12.8to1 440 w8 heads by Brett miller 420 intake sv1 carb burning e85 power glide 3080lb with me in it. 55mm roller. Air that day was 4400ft and 93 degrees..next outing will be with wheelie bars.

Where did you get that Uglyass K-member Shiloh? a local guy that goes by the name ((just a dart)) built the kmember .. i never dreamed the car could drive so well. and it held up after i drove it into the concret. .and took out the oil pan

all I can say is building this engine I have met some very great people and I would like to thank everyone of you. My goal was 750hp. And with Bretts great head work. More power was easy to find. I was told by my machinist that my cylinder heads could make upwards of 900 horse power.so maybe some more compression and camshaft.may be in order soon..
