I think those are the same as 68/69 Charger hood turn signal wiring? I know those wiring kit components are available separately.

Those are used on several models in several different applications. I used to keep a couple around for the ignition switch in a derby car... They shouldn't be hard to find used if you don't mind splicing it in...
