The work was done by Midwest Power Products Inc. It cost $110 + shipping. I car is all original. I did not want to buy a parts store replacement MC.

I don't recall the exact price (it wasn't too expensive) but everything was spot on and no problems. http://www.pwrsteering.com/index.html

They just sell brake parts now.
