Care to share who to avoid??? You can send me a pm if you like....Thanks for the info on the World Block

My 22K purchase from MUSCLE MOTORS did not go as I had hoped....will probably have to part it out and start over. Your results may vary.

PSO headed 632 from MM. Cracked cylinder, loose valve seats, low oil pressure, low cylinder pressure.
..... Now its a door stop....

So then I was right, there are no 470-512" stock block stroker combos making 750-800hp on pump gas reliably?

Guys out there making way more power then one of these like Im planning would make and hooking on even smaller tires...hooking does not worry me to be honest..thanks! smile

Don`t know what my junk makes to run my et at 3200+ lbs but that was on 100 at the pump since we don`t have 93 out our way and trust me when I say if I knew then(3+ yrs ago)what I know 2day,that would of easily been a 9.59-9.63 run FWIW.............Guaranteed since it was straight off the trailer and first full 1/4 mile pass. Either way a 540 motor does sound like an e-ticket ride on the street or track..... thumbs

I don't believe the World block is technically 'priority mains oiling'. I think its basically the same as a production block with a slight modification but for the life of me I cant remember what it is. I think the rocker oiling is a passage straight to the lifter oil galley on either side of the block instead of off the #4 cam bearing. Maybe that's the only difference...??

I've notice on my lower compression pump gas B/RB motors(under 10.6 to 1 so far)that they make more torque than HP work Big cylinder heads and larger cams make HP and torque, the compression ratio will dictate the fuel needed to safely run it in that motor work twocents
