I always thought the paint had some texture more than just a semi gloss black. Is that right? I think it was organosol originally but not 100% . To my knowledge that is not a Chrysler drawing. Not sure why some got borders and some didn't, I would gues the template they used with the border was a PITA. Scott Smith may know a little more than me.
