The Cuda is coming along really great, whats the paint code for the flat black?

Original stuff was lacquer, but not all the ingredients used to create it exist anymore. The DCC urethane is the modern version, but has no texture to it. You can buy ppg texture additive (ppg# 1999) to give it texture if you want.

Planet Color has a textured black under their rugged tones paint line that a guy here used on his barracuda hood that looks nice.

dads cuda I did in the concept DDC. I just played with gun and adjustment until I got the texture I felt looked good. I cut air and volume up and down until it went on really rough. If you spray it like a regular paint it will lay out like a normal paint.

btw I checked with ABS here in SF. The PPG texture additive is discontinued so unless you find a jobber with it on the shelf you are SOL on that.
