The factory coil springs on my 2000 Dodge Ram 1500 are different sizes, and 2 different tag numbers, 171AA and 172AA. 1 of them is about .030 thicker and maybe 1/4" taller. Does anyone know which side the taller one goes into. I've searched and have not found any mention of different size springs, side to side, on my truck. Thanks Brian

73MagDuster member 7 Joined: Oct 2007 Posts: 198 Hershey, PA	Typical Mopar convention is even part number = right side of car. Which side would be the taller one? If there is a difference usually the driver side has the taller spring. Driver and fuel tank are on that side.
