Guys,
I have a 440 with Eddy heads NEW world block and an Indy dual plane intake that's pissing oil from the rear corners......

What do I have to do to rectify this as I have plentiful MOPAR ENGINE SEALER from a local dealership between the heads and tray......

Can a solid Indy intake valley plate fit below that intake ?

Is there a Max wedge sized Bathtub valley tray as this is the size of my ports cnc'd !!

Cheers

My Indy plate was leaking in the same spot. It stems from not having enough sealing area in the corners by the head/deck surface. The next time my heads are removed I'm going to "notch" the corners of the heads on the gasket surface so the RTV will have a larger void to seep into. I don't think it's really the plate. More the head to the deck at the very corner.

Are you running the valley pan only or with gaskets? If pan only I would remove it and get some adhesive silicone sealer and plug the corners wih it so it will ooze out between the head gaskets, vally pan and the front and rear block sealing surfaces scope up twocents The sealer needs to say Adhesive sealer on it to seal up with the engine oils of today. Some guys are having excellent luck with the Permatex Ultra gasket sealers also workshruggy IHTHs
