Who has the fastest g3 Hemi with forced induction? What blocks are they using to handle the big boost? Ive got a dream of running one in a gen 1 dakota running in the low to mid 8's.

He's been a 6.97 @200 in the 1/4. Blocks don't like a lot of boost. It decentigrate do the block last year and that block had a ton of work done to it to strengthen it.

I would imagine it would hold fine for a 8 second ride.
I googled a couple of videos of that car. It is one mean ride. Take a good look at the twin belt drive distributors too. Coil on wire does not work at that level.....Me, I would have went billet block at that level unless its not legal. Would love to see how many cubes a G3 Hemi could go with a billet block.

Raise the deck 1/2" and a 500" build would be cake. I think the current blocks use bigger than stock head studs and the decks are splitting as a result, it puts the threads to close to the bores IIRC.
Mopar to the bone!!!
