What year Road Runner?
70-75 shows same tie rod as the Challenger.
Generally speaking, the taper/diameter of the stud is the same, but the design of the tie rod is different. I ran a set of 79 Cordoba spindles on my 64 300 and the 300's tie rod stud fit fine.
As for the hose, the Aspen/Volare hose is long and what i use for these swaps, but I never did a B body. There is a bracket that needs removing though.
Of course you could just look at Mopar Actions disc swap guide for your answers.

Well, looks like something else is wrong because a 70 Runner and a 73 Challenger use the same tie rod end, only looked at the outers but that's what connects to the spindle. Here's the link to the MA swap guide http://www.moparaction.com/Tech/archive/disc-main.html
