When I converted my '64 Polara to Disc/Drum brakes I followed the Mopar Action parts list for everything but the master. I called Stainless Steel brake in SC and got a manual brake twin reservoir unit with a proportioning valve attached for reasonable money. You need more line pressure for the disc side to make it work and less for the drum side to prevent lockup.

Very nice setup.. The larger bore has a firm pedal. Might be too firm for some..
'63 Dodge 330 11.19 @ 121 mph Pump gas, n/a, through the mufflers on street tires with 3.54's. 3,600 lbs. 10.01 @ 133mph with a 250 shot of nitrous an a splash of race gas. 1.36 60 ft. 3,700 lbs.

When I changed my 67 Barracuda over I think I used 78 Dodge 1/2 ton pick up master cylinder
it's ok to butt heads, just don't do it with a butthead
