or u can get an adapter from flaming river and leave your steering column alone.

The manual box in my 65 Coronet is from an A body. The outer shell of the column doesnt need to be changed usually, just the shaft. (easy to do really) Youll likely need a pitman arm for your car for a manual box. I didnt check to see if the power steering pitman arm fit the manual box.
IIRC A,B, and E body cars share the same manual box. Likely though the most common manual steer box will come from an A body as many more A bodies came with manual steering and B or E bodies.
