The Scat 9000 cast crank kit came with King bearings which I want to replace. I would like to try another bearing supplier other than King .Bearings are standard size. Rods could be clevite H series chamfered but $$?? Mains I would like to stay with 1/2 grooved and have the wide thrust shoulder for the 1974 up block { 4 spd car} {kings were not }. The cast crank has the wide radius filet.I looked at both Summit and Jegs but confusing info , therefore asking for recommendations . Thanks

What series are they, can you post a PN? It seems your very much not wanting to run that brand.

I used clevite only until about six years ago, now King most the time.

But if you post your PN#s its an easy cross reference on summit or jegs, you could probably just google the king pn to clevite.

I`ll get the numbers. Issue with the King mains is the narrow 71-73 trust face and they didn`t seem to be very good for dirt embedability. To get the wide face from Clevite seems they come with 360 oiling{some info contradicts} .
