What do the stampings mean on these part (not the VIN stamp)? Date codes?
There is a stamp for example on the core support near the passenger side, and also a stamp in the verticle bar that goes between the hood latch and the bottom of the radiator support.
Just curious.

70/71 ebody (cuda).
I can take some pictures later, but I figured someone would know (its either date code or part number related).
AMD repro stuff does not have these numbers.

Thanks Barry. I thought I saw a number too, with a letter or so, will check. When my car got media blasted (both VIN stamps covered ofcourse), all these numbers and letters showed up. Everything is stamped when you look at the car underneath, way more than I thought. Pretty cool.
