Most use steel rollers at the back...Yours unfortunately does not and needs some.

What size wheels/rollers does everyone use? and does anyone have an opinion of those wheels that rotate.. like a shopping cart?

By using a longer steel roller on each side will work better than 2 steel wheels. Most of the time that trailer drags the rear is when you are turning into a drive. The narrow wheel will dig in and rip off, the longer roller will slide across and still turn. You also don't need them hanging down much at all, just enough to to save the back of the trailer.
it's ok to butt heads, just don't do it with a butthead

Most trailer manufacturers offer a "bogey wheel" option, you might contact the dealer for your particular brand and get a pair through them to save you some time.
