Does anyone know what these two threaded holes are for in the bottom of the rear frame rails under the rear passenger ,forward of the front spring hanger both left and right hand sides.

No definetly factory. Nut plate spot welded to the frame rail on the inside.The picture posted is of the second I found including my own car.

On the 63-66 a bodies was used to mouut a bracket for the emergency brakes. Have seen this on 67 also. May also be on 68-69.hope this helps.
